Born in Houston Texas, 1992 and raised in South Shore Kentucky. Alex’s parents gave him his first guitar at age 3. He became serious with his music at age 14. He started performing with Texas Rick (his uncle) until the age of 21, performing live with a three piece band known as Midnight Moon with Brett Gumbert as the bassist, which later transitioned to Texas Company with Warren Smith as the bassist in 2013. In 2015, he and his father started developing the Rock Bottom Band into what it is today. Little considers each band member as his close family. Little is the last original member of the Rock Bottom Band.
David Wright was born in eastern Kentucky with strong ties to Bluegrass and Classic Country music. David has played on stage since he was 8 years old.
Being raised in a family band with parents as musicians, David has played several different genres all over the United Sates. Influenced by blues and classic rock bass players Jack Bruce and John Entwistle, David contributes a solid bottom end for the Rock Bottom Band. He joined the band in October, 2019
Richard Suarez was born in Houston, Texas (hence the name 'Texas Rick'). He has played drums for approximately 44 years. He is an accomplished drummer who has played in several bands over the years. In the early 1990's he was in the band "The Basics" that was nominated twice for the Grammys and he won "Drummer of the Year". Additionally, his works appear on several CDs. At the time of the Grammy nominations, "The Basics" were one of few bands that were sponsored by Bud Dry. He was also endorsed by Zildjian Cymbals, ProMark Drumsticks, and LP (Latin Percussion). He joined Rock Bottom Band in June, 2021.
Lon “Richard” Castle, was born on October, 6th, 1945 and started playing keys at the age of 12. Over the course of several years, Lon has performed with bands from Honolulu Hawaii to Midway Island South Pacific, 12 shows in Boston, Massachusetts, 4 years in Nashville CMA shows. Castle has also opened up for top name artist, fairs, and festivals in front of over 12,000 people. Lon served for the United States Airforce from April, 1966 to April 1970 and had acquired the rank of sergeant and retired from the United States Postal Service after 35 years. For Castle, playing keys is a pure passion and love. Castle joined the Rock Bottom Band in April, 2024 to continue his passion for the music that he has performed over the years.
Jason’s musical interest was spurred from a very young age due to his father owning a record store until he was in fourth grade. Jason’s musical interest was spurred from a very young age due to his father owning a record store until he was in fourth grade. Growing up he was influenced by one of the best musical decades, the 1970’s. Hearing all the great music released during this period played in his father’s record store led him to want play the music he was hearing around him. Since he began his music making journey he has played piano, synthesizer, rhythm guitar, bass, and also sang. In the mid 2000’s he began playing music with The Chris Feller Band and was fortunate enough to have played the Ichthus Music festival in Wilmore, KY in 2011 and 2012. He has since played with The Joy Addicts, and Rail City Praise Project before joining with The Rock Bottom Band in June, 2017 to play the fantastic music that inspired him to pick up an instrument. Jason retired from the band in February, 2024.

The hopes, dreams, & forget-me-not things of an impoverished lifestyle and impossible upbringing have inspired her to become an impassioned musician, an infallible singer, and an aspiring artist. She has performed for many acts and bands such as: Last Call,

In January, 2022, Courtney parted with Rock Bottom to pursue her dream of becoming a Nashville artist.
Evans started playing at the age of

age of 12. He continued performing
with bands throughout high school

degree in education, he devoted much of his time to his job in raising his family. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel upon retirement, Jerry decided to get back into music and perform as much as possible. He has
played in a variety of venues from country music establishments and in churches and in several praise and worship bands. Evans has enjoyed his time with the Rock Bottom Band and performing regularly on weekends. He considers himself more of a studio drummer looking for that perfect sound. He says that drums are a vital instrument and his main job is to keep the other members in the pocket. Evans retired from the band in June, 2021.
William (Billy) Walker resided in a small neighborhood in Huntington, West Virginia. He has worked with countless musicians starting at a very young age. In the 1980s, Walker worked in Nashville on a weekly basis to perform session work. His love for Jazz music strongly influenced his style in dynamics and gave a unique taste to his pe
William (Billy) Walker resided in a small neighborhood in Huntington, West Virginia. He has worked with countless musicians starting at a very young age. In the 1980s, Walker worked in Nashville on a weekly basis to perform session work. His love for Jazz music strongly influenced his style in dynamics and gave a unique taste to his performances. “It’s our therapy” Walker once said. “ Sometimes we just play what we call Crazy Music and see what we come up with”. In 2016, he joined up with the Rock Bottom Band and contributed his dynamic style to the band’s sound. In the fall of 2021,Walker passed away in his home in Huntington, West Virginia. He will forever be remembered by his fellow band mates and friends as an inspiration to the Rock Bottom Band.
Kenneth served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. Kenneth was a retired police officer having served on the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Force and Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department in Punta Gorda, Florida. Kenneth was an avid musician most noted for his skills as a drummer. He played in many different bands, most

Metro Police Force and Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department in Punta Gorda, Florida. Kenneth was an avid musician most noted for his skills as a drummer. He played in many different bands, most notably the Rock-N-Aces. In 2015, Kenneth gathered bassist, Holland Wilks and Guitarist, Alex Little to help began the birth of the Rock Bottom Band. Kenneth Lawson Dudding, 70, of Huntington, West Virginia, passed away on August 11, 2017. He was the original drummer for the Rock Bottom Band.
From Chesapeake, Ohio, Wilks was influenced as a rock bassist from classics groups such as Black Sabbath and Grateful Dead. In 2015, He joined up to help piece the band together from the ground up. His grunge rock style added a unique sound that benefited the sound of the band. Wilks was the original bassist for the Rock Bottom Band.
A talented and well known musician from Portsmouth, Ohio, Warren has performed as a bassist with many groups since he was in his teens. Influenced by musicians such as Stu Hamm, James Genus, and Charles Mingus, Warren developed a very unique bass style that was outstanding on its own. In 1998, Warren had been recording in Boston, Massachu
A talented and well known musician from Portsmouth, Ohio, Warren has performed as a bassist with many groups since he was in his teens. Influenced by musicians such as Stu Hamm, James Genus, and Charles Mingus, Warren developed a very unique bass style that was outstanding on its own. In 1998, Warren had been recording in Boston, Massachusetts with Shaved Librarian and helped release a variety of works such as “The Butter Thief”. Warren had also spent many years working with Joseph Ferguson (Joey Ray) with countless performances and musical works in the history books. Warren also worked as a member of the three piece band “Texas Company” with Richard Suarez and Alex Little before returning to the great party band known as “GrooveDeville”. In January of 2021, Warren had Joined the Rock Bottom Band and added his incredible talents to the bands sound. Unfortunately, his presence with the band was short lived. In May, 2021, Warren Smith passed away in his home in Portsmouth, Ohio. He will forever be in our memories as one of the greatest.
